Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, with a passion for creating engaging video content that resonates with our B2B audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce videos that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and create videos that align with the latest B2B marketing trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the themes and objectives of upcoming video projects.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines.
- Assist in the production of branding & promotional videos, social media videos, and other video content as needed.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our videos.
- Provide support in other video-related tasks as required by the team.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B startups.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation techniques.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video distribution.
