Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce a variety of digital assets that align with our brand identity
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create custom illustrations and graphics that align with the latest B2B design trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the topics and themes of upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all visual designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of digital assets such as social media creatives, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visuals.
- Provide support in other design-related tasks as required by the team
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B startups.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
