Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain Web Applications:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Build and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications and business requirements.
- Ensure high performance and availability of web applications.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
3. Optimize and Troubleshoot:
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
4. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in web development.
- Implement new features and technologies to improve development processes and enhance user experience.
Qualifications and Skillset :
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with Laravel framework.
- Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development.
- Proven experience in developing and managing WordPress sites.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
